Spa Etiquette
Arrival Time - We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your services to fully prepare for your experience.
Cellphones - Please help us maintain a tranquil environment by turning off your cellphones.
What to bring/wear for your treatment - Robes & slippers are available at the spa. Professional draping techniques for your comfort and privacy will be used at all times. To enjoy our outdoor pool and hot tub, remember to bring a bathing suit.
Late Arrivals - In consideration of our next guest, should you arrive late, we will need to complete your service at the originally scheduled time.
Cancellation - We require a credit card at the time of booking your reservation. There is a 48 hour cancellation notice necessary on all appointments.
Gratuities - Gratuities are not included in the service prices but can be added at the time of payment for your convenience.
Health Concerns - To enjoy a safe and nurturing spa experience please advise us of any medical conditions.
