Spa Etiquette
Arrival Time — We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your services. We recommend arriving earlier to enjoy the outdoor heated pool and hot tub.
Cell Phone — Please help us maintain a tranquil environment by turning off your cell phone.
Treatment Attire — According to Health Authority guidelines, wearing a mask is not required but is recommended and appreciated. Professional draping techniques for your comfort and privacy will be used at all times.
Late Arrivals — In consideration of our next guest, should you arrive late, we will need to complete your service at the originally scheduled time.
Guest Cancellation — We require a credit card at the time of booking your reservation. There is a 12-hour cancellation policy on all appointments.
Ohspa Cancellation — Ohspa is abiding by BC’s latest COVID-19 health protocols and as such, we may have to re-book you should another guest or staff member experience symptoms. Any cancellation will be with your safety in mind.
Gratuities — Gratuities are not included in the service prices but can be added at the time of payment.
Health Concerns — To enjoy a safe and nurturing spa experience, please advise us of any medical conditions or allergies prior to your service. Upon your booking an appointment and upon arrival, we will ask you to complete a health-related questionnaire. Please see our Spa Safe Page for more detailed information.
Hydration: During this time of limited beverage service, please bring your personal water bottle for hydration.
