While we love flowers🌸, we admit our facials are the BEST when it comes to a Valentine`s Day gift! We couldn`t think of a better way to say I love you to that special someone than our customized facial ... and even better if that someone is you❤️!!! #ohspa #ohspacourtenay ...

How lucky are we?! The very talented Ben, who is an accomplished body worker, will be sharing his amazing skills alongside our team as a featured talent until November 18th! 🤩

Originally from Courtenay, Ben was a professional cyclist with the Sunweb Development Team from Sittard, Netherlands in 2019/2020. 🚴‍♂️

After retiring from cycling, he applied his passion towards helping people through massage therapy.

In the coming year, he will be traveling as a soigneur (Carer) alongside a professional cycling team, and we are all stoked that he’s here with us until his departure.

What’s even better than a wonderful body worker? A body worker whose positive personality is absolutely infectious. 😀 Welcome Ben!

His hours are Tuesday – Saturday, 10am – 6pm. If you want to book a massage with Ben, give us a call at (250) 703-4770 or book online by clicking the link in our bio!

As the days become colder, it`s important to understand why our skin changes and develop a skin care regimen that supports these changes.

With cooler days, cold winds, and thermostats cranked up, it`s no wonder our skin can feel dry and irritated during the fall and winter months.

One of the biggest changes you can make with your skin care routine is to slightly reduce the frequency of exfoliation, and add in a product that increases hydration in your skin. One of our favourite choices for this is the Strawberry Rhubarb Hyaluronic Serum. The ingredients in this product actually help draw moisture into your skin and locks it in!

On top of adjusting your skin care, try using a humidifier in your home, drink lots of water, and eat lots of healthy fats to improve your skin`s moisture levels.

Save this post for later or come visit us in person for more winter #skincaretips.

National Day for Truth and Reconciliation is really an everyday mindset. Shayla Stonechild says it so clearly, "We have to recognize and navigate the darkness before we can see the light." Our hearts are with all First Nations Peoples.

We love this image: the eagle represents First Nations, the narwhal represents Inuit and the beaded flower represents Métis. Among the various visual elements illustrating Indigenous cultures, the circle is at the centre, which represents being together in spirit of reconciliation. The orange colour represents truth-telling and healing. The pathway represents the road to reconciliation. First Nations, Inuit and Métis are represented in the image.

What our customers say about us

My experience with Oh Spa has been very good. I have been a member of the Spa for some time and have always found the service to be excellent both at the front desk and with the esthetician who does the treatments I request.
